MEDITATION
SESSIONS
We have designed unique mindfulness and wellness meditations to be experienced on the water while rowing. These meditations can be used to step into mindfulness or deepen your current practice.
Our ultimate goal is to help you develop cognitive, emotional and behavioral skills that you can practice on and off the boat and enhance your sense of wellness, effectiveness and connectedness.
These sessions start with a consultation with one of our expert psychologists to identify your needs. Different modules are available to meet your experience level and set goals. Presentation of module content on land is followed by meditation practice on water.

WORKSHOPS
Spend a day with us to delve deeper into mindfulness. We create a longer opportunity for you to experience wellness outdoors and strengthen your skills to have a calmer and more productive life.
Each workshop includes rowing, sitting and movement meditations with brief instructions and follow-up conversations to deepen your understanding of what mindfulness really is and how it translates to life and wellness. Workshop content is tailored to meet the participants' needs. Day long workshops can be expanded or shorten based on demand. .
